]
Whale Watching in Magdalena Bay
and Kayaking in the Sea of Cortez
February 20 to February 25 2023
(pre-trip meeting Sunday February 19 at 6PM)

Trip cost: $2,095
This is a custom trip designed for whale lovers in mind!
Visit the gray whale breeding lagoons ( with an overnight close by).
Kayak in the Sea of Cortez and camp on pristine islands while you are on the lookout for
blue whales, humpback whales, fin whales, dolphins, and more!
I am collaborating with Sea Trek/Paddling South on this incredible trip and I will be co-guiding and I am looking forward to sharing my passion, love, and knowledge of the cetaceans we will encounter.
In fact, I can't wait!
We include two excursions into the lagoons where the gray whales nurse their young.
During the kayaking and island portion of this trip, we have the opportunity to take the Sea Trek skiff out to the Blue Whale Triangle in search of blue whales. These are truly spectacular experiences not to be missed!
You will also have the opportunity to swim, snorkel, and paddle board.

Please note: This is a supported trip. All our gear is transported by a support boat and we only carry our personal day gear in our kayaks. The trip is appropriate for beginner to advanced kayakers in reasonably good shape.

Included in the trip cost are all meals, paddling gear, camping and one night hotel stay over at Magdalena Bay, starting with the morning of our trip launch on February 20 until the takeout mid day on February 25. You will need to arrange and pay for the flight to Loreto and your first and last night's stay,

We have a minimum of 6 on this trip which is limited to a maximum of 14 guests.
